1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund on your initial annual subscription within 7 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
The 7-day period begins on the date of your first paid charge, not at the start of any free trial.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@betterpartner.com with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number or purchase confirmation (if available)
We will confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You do not need to provide a reason.
3. One-Refund-Per-Account Policy
The 7-day no-questions-asked refund is available once per user account.
If you request a refund, cancel, and later re-subscribe, any subsequent refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant or deny subsequent requests at our discretion, taking into account usage, account history, and applicable consumer-protection laws.
4. After the 7-Day Window
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, except:
- where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction
- at our discretion in cases of documented extenuating circumstances

5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@betterpartner.com.
After cancellation:
- no further charges will be made
- you retain Premium access through the end of the paid annual period
- no pro-rated partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the period, except within the 7-day window described in Section 1
6. Automatic Renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are not available for renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date and no exception under Section 4 applies. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us promptly.
7. Merchant of Record - Dodo Payments
Payment processing, checkout, and certain refund functions are handled by Dodo Payments, our authorized Merchant of Record. If you purchased through Dodo Payments' checkout flow, refund processing may be handled through that provider in accordance with the checkout terms presented at purchase. We will coordinate with Dodo Payments on your behalf to ensure your refund is processed.
8. International Users
If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, including rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any such non-waivable rights. Contact support@betterpartner.com if you have questions about your rights in your jurisdiction.
9. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and should be read together with it. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, this Policy controls with respect to refund matters.
